- The “G-spot,” located at the anterior vaginal wall close to the urethra, is related to the modern anatomical term clitourethrovaginal (CUV) complex where increased sensory nerve endings and specialized vascular elements – engorging or erectile vascular tissues that enhance sensation – are concentrated. Injecting dermal fillers under the vaginal mucosa (lining) could elevate the “G-spot” area, and therefore could increase the sexual sensory effect.
- Proper sexual technique in purposefully directing the penile action to stimulate the CUV complex should be the initial step to take for more effective sexual stimulation before trying any procedures.
